End-to-End Encryption

All data in transit between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Payment data tied to UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe transactions is never stored in plain text on our systems at any point.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your lobby settings. Analytics cookies measure page performance in aggregate — no individual browsing behaviour is sold or shared with advertisers.

Account Security Controls

Two-step login verification is available on your account settings page. If we detect a login from an unrecognised device or location, we send an alert to your registered mobile number before granting access.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is retained for as long as your account remains open. After closure, transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable financial regulations, then permanently deleted from our systems.

Third-Party Processors

We work with payment processors and identity verification providers under data processing agreements that bind them to confidentiality and security standards equivalent to our own. We do not permit them to use your data for their own marketing.
